Taza Exchange’s Mixed Use District is the primary living district of the development. Located along the western edge of the Trail District, it takes advantage of the sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Landscaped buffers along the parking of The Trail District simultaneously provide a quieter area for residents while maintaining proximity to the vibrant retail to the East.
